The standard set of the proposed installations of the KPN, NU, PU series provides deep purification of rain and meltwater from suspended solids and petroleum products from the territory of industrial enterprises, gas stations, parking lots and other facilities to the norms of discharge into urban storm sewers or fisheries reservoirs. Their purpose is to remove suspended solids and particles of petroleum products from wastewater by filtration and sedimentation. Usually these installations are combined with sand traps in one housing to avoid problems with the removal of solid particles and sediment. The standard system consists of three compartments through which the contaminated water passes.
